Short-Bio of Peter Ong
Peter Ong runs Rested Edge Advisory, the business advisory with a twist he created in 2010, when he was a month shy of turning 41. Rested Edge’s mission is to help leaders create better futures.
Prior to Rested Edge, Peter commenced his career in 1994 in Singapore’s Prime Minister’s Office, and had deeply successful stints at Andersen Consulting/Accenture and Gallup where he was its Managing Partner of Singapore, Hong Kong and South-East Asia from 2004 to 2009.
Peter works with MNCs, regional companies, SMEs, government ministries and statutory boards in almost every industry across Singapore and Asia; and specialises in all things Change Management, Leadership & Talent Acceleration, People & Team Effectiveness, and Mission/Vision/Strategy Creation, Enhancement & Implementation.
Since 2013, Peter has served on the Board of Transit Link, where he also chairs its Audit & Risk Management Committee.

Hyundai Motor Group, in partnership with the Lab, intends to work with global partners in an ecosystem to drive holistic, end-to-end accessibility and mobility solutions for those affected, and other stakeholders alike.
This project involves the following stages:
1. Identifying accessibility and mobility challenges in transportation and infrastructures that respective innovators submit along with their solutions
2. Reviewing CFI proposals by innovators with the potential of teaming up with one another to provide holistic, end-to-end solution
