First Lunch and Learn session featuring Shandi Global, Curated Culture and Kosmode Health

Flavours of Tomorrow partnered with industry leaders like Monde Nissin, Curated Culture, Alchemy Foodtech and Thoughtful Food to successfully host over 170 attendees across four “Lunch and Learn” sessions. Attendees were treated to educational insights on cutting-edge food technology that is revolutionising the industry while sampling these products.

In one session, culinary delights such as Boon Tong Kee’s Chicken Rice, Dian Xiao Er’s Soy Pudding and Swee Heng’s Pandan Chiffon Cake took centre stage, all crafted with Alchemy Foodtech’s proprietary fibres, reducing sugar without compromising the taste.

Another session featured a diverse array of dishes incorporating Singapore’s first plant-based nut-free cheese range made with pea protein, offering attendees a flavourful education on the benefits of peas. Additionally, Monde Nissin featured their range of meat-free protein alternatives made of mycoprotein, including Spicy Thai Fish Cake and eggless Kaya Tart. This all natural super-protein is cultivated using fermentation and makes great-tasting meat-free meals, while being healthy for you and the planet.
