 About CREMER Sustainable Foods

CREMER Sustainable Foods, a joint venture between Nurasa and CREMER, offers contract development and manufacturing organisational capabilities for plant-based alternative proteins. CREMER Sustainable Foods is one of the few OEM
manufacturers of alternative proteins in Asia. Their 1,000+ sqm manufacturing
facility produces 1,500 tonnes of plant-based products annually. They utilise
high-moisture extrusion technology that allows for the texture of plant-based
products to more closely resemble that of animal meat.
