Hypertension is a leading cause of premature death worldwide, and this is why Japanese medical equipment manufacturer Shimadzu innovates solutions to detect this condition early and quickly.

To facilitate its innovation efforts, Shimadzu launched its Shimadzu-CGH Clinomics Centre (SC3) and UFMS Future Lab at Cintech IV in Singapore Science Park 1. The former was established in partnership with Changi General Hospital (CGH) to refine Shimadzu’s technological capabilities, while the latter harnesses AI (Artificial Intelligence) to develop Advanced Healthcare solutions.

Shimadzu chose Singapore Science Park 1 as it has a conducive environment for collaboration and partnerships with industry leaders, alongside the park’s accessibility and diversity of F&B options.
