Palm oil permeates many aspects of our lives, from our favourite sweet treats like cookies and ice cream to essential hygiene products like toothpaste and shampoo. Despite the versatility of palm oil, it unfortunately has a huge carbon footprint.

Palm oil producer Musim Mas seeks to change this narrative, working closely with stakeholders to develop production methods that reduce greenhouse gas emissions, mitigate biodiversity losses, and address labour and human rights problems.

Musim Mas’ location at The Rutherford & Oasis in Singapore Science Park 1 is integral to its sustainability efforts, as the presence of other food ingredient companies has facilitated strategic, environment-first collaborations.
